The First Day of Spring
I moved to southern Chile in June. Now, a bit over three months later, it’s . . . spring?
As someone who grew up in the Northern Hemisphere (Hi, Oklahoma!😘👋) living where the seasons are “backwards” feels very strange sometimes. The days are getting warmer instead of cooler.
The holidays are coming! But without crisp, cozy weather . . .
Well, my body may be confused, but my mind is happy to see all the flowers and trees blooming! Temuco has more biodiversity than I’ve ever seen in plantlife, and it’s probably thanks to the mild, Oceanic climate it enjoys. See for yourself!
I took these pictures just a few days ago while out on a walk with my spouse! I’m grateful I married someone who doesn’t mind when I stop four times in two minutes to take pictures of plants.💚💜
Two Editing Slots Left in 2023
Like the cookie tin says, I have two open slots left for developmental edits in 2023! One slot begins October 23rd. The next is mid-November.
I’ve also opened up bookings for 2024!
Send me an email at contact@curlyquotesediting.com or use the contact page at www.curlyquotesediting.com to secure your spot!
No Blog Updates for September Either!
I’m doing my best out here. I’m happy to be busy, but most of my time has gone toward my editing clients and the book coaching certification course via Author Accelerator! If all goes to plan, I’ll turn in my materials for that by November, so cross your fingers for me!
But I have plans for blog posts.
Hopefully soon, you’ll see posts about reader fatigue and its causes, some great reads for aspiring writers, and helpful software for writing and editing!
I love hearing from my readers and fellow writers! While I may not be able to answer everyone, please know I always read and appreciate your comments and stories.
Cheering for you always,
~ Anna
