Hello, friends!
Another month has gone by in this sunshiny year of 2023. Let’s catch up!
Book Coach Searching for Fantasy Authors!
I’m still on the lookout for a fantasy author to work with to perfect my book coaching service before launch! If you have an idea for a book but don’t know where to start, are low on motivation, or can’t stay accountable with yourself, book coaching could be right for you! The first two authors to sign up will reap the benefits of book coaching and the great price!
My book coaching service, currently only for fantasy authors, will provide you all the support you need (and more) to finish the book you’ve always wanted to write. Get in touch with me, and let’s get you started!
Blog Updates
As usual, there are two new additions to my book review blog this month!
The 100: Day 21
“If you thought The 100 was a fast read, get ready for this one! These books have a case of the zoomies. Once again, I got through this one in about a day. This series is definitely an easy read; no dictionaries necessary.”
The 100: Homecoming
“The 100: Homecoming takes place over a greater amount of time than the first two books. I expected, with events calming down and life gaining a sense of “normal,” for characters to take that time to grow a bit.”
International Travel with my Cat
The date is set! Luci and I will be moving to Chile on June 14th. I have my ticket, she has her ticket, and I’ve found an airline approved soft-sided carrier to haul her around in.
Now comes the hard part: harness training.
Luci is twelve years old. Luci does not like change. Luci is not food-motivated.
However, I have to do at least some harness training, because otherwise she’s trapped in the carrier the entire time we’re traveling. It’s a full twenty-four hours of travel to get from Oklahoma to Temuco, Chile. It’ll be even longer since I’m driving from Santiago to Temuco, which is a nine hour drive!
So, lovely readers, any tips for me? How do I harness train a generally grumpy, old cat? I have some treats—not that she cares—and I have more patience than she does—Probably. I hope.
I love hearing from my readers and fellow writers! While I may not be able to answer everyone, please know I always read and appreciate your comments and stories.
With much love,
~ Anna
